While the ambiance, service, and cocktails at Aphotic were excellent, I am disappointed that the 10 course Tasting Menu at the Chef's Counter fell flat. I only enjoyed 4 out of the 10 courses and the best one was the Hokkaido milk bread with lobster hollandaise sauce.
