Rex Cafe - San Andreas

What DanielPhang doesn't like about Rex Cafe:
None of the food here is fantastic, but it’s edible and is acceptable if you don’t feel like waiting at Polker’s. It’s across the street. It has a full bar, has better decor than Polkers, and is much bigger, but there’s a fundamental reason why there’s no wait here on a Saturday morning. Eggs benedict here is so-so.
