Was Coy Tran at Plouf a mag?
I had a great time at this restaurant's happy hour! The Plouf mussels were a standout dish - spicy, creamy, and packed with garlic. The $1 fresh raw oysters were a steal. What Abel Runolfsdottir dislikes about Plouf:
I understand that they close, but they had no key elements available for their menu, they had a private party that was loud, and it took a while to serve us because we were hidden in a corner. It wasn't the way I wanted to remember my last meal in Plouf. It was really disappointing. View all feedback.

This is a fantastic place for Happy Hour oysters! They were so full and delicious. The cocktails were well-crafted and delicious. The service was also excellent. I will definitely return to try some other items on the menu. The Mussels and other dishes coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled incredible.
