The restaurant is stylish and romantic. The dishes we had were universally delicious, as well as the drinks. The fried shrimp appetizer was great, as was the prawn curry with coconut rice. What TraN doesn't like about Le Colonial Restaurant:
The restaurant still has the old colonial charm and the service was excellent as always. We went there mainly for the ambience because we knew the foods there were so so. The vegan curry turned out to be delicious and so was the passionfruit cocktail. However, my filet mignon shaking beef, fried pho (yes, fried rice noodle) and desserts were so so as we expected.
