I had an absolutely terrible experience with the service. I was charged $23 for a large pizza, but the driver never delivered it on time, and they claimed it had already left. The service was subpar, and when I spoke with the manager, I was told I could receive a free pizza as compensation. However, I’ll have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money refunded.
