This restaurant is a fantastic discovery in Salem, nestled among museums and shops. They provide an extensive range of specialty coffee drinks crafted from beans sourced from smaller artisanal roasters. I sampled a vegan pop tart and muffin, both of which were delicious. They also offer a variety of nut milk options.

What a fantastic little spot! The staff were absolutely wonderful. We tried two "cereal milk" lattes (milk steeped in the cereal of the day, which happened to be cinnamon toast this time) and two egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. Everything was top-notch in quality and flavor! A huge shout-out to the team for their patience with us clueless October tourists. They were incredibly kind, even with a line out the door. I can’t wait to return and try it again when it’s a different time of year!
I give a perfect 10/10 for the quality of food and drinks. The biscuit breakfast sandwiches are exceptional. Under different circumstances, I would rate the service as satisfactory; however, they really fell short this time. We waited 46 minutes for two lattes. Initially, I was understanding since they mentioned a spill and that they were short-staffed. However, after noticing that several customers who arrived after us received their drinks, I checked on our order and realized that it had either been forgotten or the ticket had been misplaced. We weren't the only ones experiencing long wait times; it seemed like everyone was waiting over 30 minutes for their meals. During this time, one employee was busy stamping paper bags and another was working on a new music playlist, which didn't seem like the best use of resources for a place that was clearly overwhelmed. My unsolicited advice would be to consider getting a second espresso machine. If espresso orders are causing delays during busy periods, having someone dedicated solely to making espresso without distractions would certainly help. That's all for now.
