Oh cute little Queen of Ice Cream. Sadly we came on a cold day but in summer it would be perfect. It's a quaint little brick building opposite the street from the waters of the St. Laurence! There is no indoor seating but some tables outside on the porch. Also benches along the water! View all feedback.
