久しぶりに丸亀製麺へ行ってきましたが、うどんとしての美味しさは以前よりかなり落ちた気がしました。また「肉盛りうどん」を注文する人が多いと行列の進み方が一気に遅くなります。焼き立てを提供する方式のため、焼き担当の店員はフル回転状態でした。せめてある程度の下処理を済ませた具材を温め直す程度で提供する方式にした方が他のお客への影響は少なくなるかも。また揚げ物の海老天が１尾しかなく提供の予定もない感じでした。 View all feedback.
