I received some of the kindest service I’ve experienced in a long time. Our waitress, Jenn, truly went above and beyond, making us feel like we were dining with family. She is definitely someone to ask for! Sheila, the manager, was welcoming and incredibly sweet—just like family, but without the need to cook! The quality of the food was outstanding and incredibly fresh. The atmosphere is cool and relaxed, perfect for a great dining experience. The service here is exceptional, unlike many other places in the area. While there is a staff shortage everywhere, you wouldn’t know it here. The team is truly amazing and comes together to provide excellent service to customers.
I was in town and had a family dinner here. The food here is as good or better than any other Ruby Tuesday. What really sets it apart is the service. Our waitress was Kat and she was super friendly and attentive. I will be back the next time I'm in town.
I decided to give this restaurant another try for some lucky options, and I was not disappointed. The first time I visited, the food was good, but the service left something to be desired. This time, however, the experience was much better. My bartender also served as my waitress, and she was fantastic! I really enjoy this place because they offer the “AWESOME” plant-based burger, which is hard to find in the area, as there aren't many vegetarian or vegan options available. Plus, the salad bar is great!
We are from North Carolina and we are town visiting relatives. Last night we ate at Ruby Tuesday, we had a large crowd, it was 11 of us altogether. Our waitress was a young lady name Hunter who just amazing with her service. Hunter provided us with the best of service all by herself. If anyone is in this area and you want a good meal with great service go to Ruby Tuesday and ask for Hunter.
