What Cindy D likes about Louis A Piece Of The Levee:
Love this place, came here to pick up some order, but ended up spending more time exploring the place. Got some pizza to go, along with some breads and sweets. I would definitely come back when it is less busy. It is a good place when you have a group of people to catch up with. Parking is a pain, the lot is always full and street parking is hard to find. Cosetta is a St. Paul institution and I have been coming here for the last 30 years. Granted hadn't been there in a while. Stopped by here before the trilogy tour at the Xcel Center. The place is like it was years ago. Grab a tray and get in line. Cafeteria style. But no cafeteria food tasted this good. Got the mostacolli, a Caesar salad, lasagna and penne alfredo.
