Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Saint Louis

What Bryn Ellen likes about Tropical Smoothie Cafe:
I showed up during lunch rush, and apparently the two workers were absolutely SLAMMED. Something like a hundred orders in twenty minutes. These guys were probably ridiculously stressed but their customer service was stellar and they stayed positive and peppy with those of us in the Cafe. I didn't get their names, but whoever was was working at 12:30 on 3/14 should get a raise ASAP. View all feedback.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was NOT GREETED when I entered the store although it was empty aside from 2 workers. The female walked away from the register when we entered and called for the guy to ring us. He proceeded to the register but did not acknowledge us just huffed and avoided eye contact . It’s so freaking rude to go into an establishment and have no one say anything AT ALL . I left and WON’T return View all feedback.
