The wait time is absolutely terrible. It takes at least an hour just to receive our appetizers. After about 30 minutes, our requests for drink refills were completely ignored. The owners are present every night, but they get served immediately as soon as they arrive, even if other customers are still waiting. It’s clear they don’t care.
