In a city where finding a real good churro is next to impossible, this food truck makes the churros I had fallen in love with when I was a little girl. Holy smokes, their churros were incredibly tasty! Each one is 10 inches long (I measured two with a ruler), soft and chewy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and sprinkled with the right amount of cinnamon sugar. Thank you so much!
