So a little while ago I attempted to a simple return and exchange.. I won’t ever forget the painful Approximate half hour wait. There was a huge line up, they kept saying it will be just a few more minutes.. then they told me they’re systems were acting weird and it was an IT problem, the front desk person didn’t really know how to do an exchange either.. Not happy View all feedback.
