Same experience as Dydouxyeah: If I could have put 0 I would have put it. A lady answers the phone saying complete thanks bye without even being able to let us speak or even say hello. It was the first time I called and the last. I called back to say we weren 't dogs. No sense of communication or customer service. Is it complete, turn off your phone?
