They messed up our order and after a not so great experience with the customer service (that is where the call went, we tried to talk to the store) we went to the store and talked to the manager. He made everything more than right and apologized for the fusion. He deserves to be more than the manager and he was so friendly and helpful. In any case, it'll go again.
