I gave it a try, but the food quality was disappointing. The only thing resembling sushi was some limp cucumber or celery wrapped in seaweed. I was really let down. While I didn't have high expectations for a roadside food truck at a service station, I still expected the vegetables to be fresh, not wilted. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience!
