I went for the Taste of New Orleans class and it was so much fun. It’s an easy class and you don’t need much experience cooking. You do learn some good tips and learn a new dish but the main point is to have a good time. There is a lot of laughter and warmth. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. This place is a complete rip off, I would not recommend it at all. They have 25 people in the classes, make you sit there for an hour and a half while they explain the way to make what we are making then they split you into groups of 8 and expect everyone to get a chance to cook in the tiny kitchen.
