二人で訪問。 グリーンカレーラーメンと豚骨和出汁ラーメン並とライス小を頼みました。 グリーンカレーラーメンは他の方が書かれているとおり本格的な味でとても美味しいです。麺を食べたあとにライス小で本当に満腹＆満足です。 豚骨和出汁の方も旨い！個人的には並で十分なボリュームでした。 リピート確定です
時折、ここのグリーンカレーラーメンが無性に食べたくなります。美味しいですね〜。他の方も書かれてますが、店主ワンオペなので、提供されるまで時間を要します。 追記： 22年2月、週末に久しぶりにグリーンカレーラーメンが食べたくなりお邪魔しました。日曜日の13:30頃。待つことを覚悟して行ったら意外にも自分だけ。すぐに着席し、ラーメンも待つことなくいただくことができました。変わらない味でやっぱ美味しかったです。最近は空いてるのかしら？？
JR鯖江駅裏 徒歩5分ぐらいにあるラーメン屋さんです。 写真のラーメンは豚骨和出汁ラーメンですが、豚骨の臭みが無いスープであっさり豚骨です。麺は細麺ツルツルした感じの柔らかい麺でした。もう少しコシが欲しい感じ…。 他に坦々麺•汁なし坦々麺•グリーンラーメン など有ります。お店の看板ラーメンはグリーンラーメン 亭主が丁寧に一杯一杯作っていますが、一人で対応しているので、出てくるのが遅いです。 自分は坦々麺がおすすめです 鯖江 鯖江駅裏 サンドーム近く

Green curry ramen is so good! A bowl of curly thick noodles that go perfectly with high-quality curry that can be eaten on its own. The soup has a spicy aroma, but when you put it in your mouth, the mildness of the coconut and the richness of the broth will spread in your mouth. The rather thick curly noodles are entwined in a good way, and although the bowl looks small, it is quite satisfying to eat. It's not a char siu, but a green curry-like roast chicken, which is also authentic. Of course, you can also order white rice, so you can enjoy curry after curry ramen. The store is small, with 2 table seats and 7 counter seats. A system for purchasing food tickets. Concrete walls, stainless steel counters and bowls give a modern feeling, and the atmosphere is quite nice. There are other variations of ramen, so I definitely wanted to repeat. Thank you for the meal! グリーンカレーラーメンがめちゃうまい！ グリーンカレー単体でもいけるくらいのクオリティの高いカレーに、縮れ太麺が抜群に相性のいい一杯。 スパイシーな香りが漂うスープだが、口に入れるとココナッツのマイルドさと、出汁を合わせているのかコクが口の中に広がります。かなり太めのちぢれ麺がいい具合に絡まり、小さめに見えるどんぶりですがなかなかの食べ応え。 チャーシューではなく、グリーンカレーらしくローストチキンが載っており、それもまた本格的。もちろん白飯も頼めるので、カレーラーメンの後のカレーも楽しめるのがうれしい。 店内はこじんまりとしており、テーブル席2、カウンター７席くらい。 食券を購入するシステムです。 コンクリの壁、ステンレスのカウンターやどんぶりはモダンさを感じ、なかなかいい雰囲気です。 ラーメンのバリエーションもほかにもあるので、是非リピートしたいと思いました。 ごちそうさまでした！
