The restaurant offers a vegetarian beetroot burger on their menu. Unfortunately, they were sold out that day and instead served a soy protein burger. This substitution ended up being one of the best vegetarian burgers I have ever had. The option can also be easily made vegan by simply removing the cheese. View all feedback.

We'd been sightseeing in North West Saaremaa for over 6 hours in early March without finding a restaurant or cafe that was open. So the Viking Burger hut was somewhat of a surprise. It's purely a takeaway restaurant (with no indoor seating). However, if you're a tourist and in this area (which is south of the second world war memorial) then chances are you'll be in a hire car.
