I had a reservation, but it took a long time for the staff to take our order, and we experienced a lengthy wait for water. I even had to ask to place our drink order. To simplify things, we opted for the banquet. The food was excellent, but there was no jug of water left on the table, and we had to request refills each time. We were seated at the back of the restaurant, where it was quite hot with poor airflow and no fans. On a positive note, the staff was friendly.
First time at restaurant, . Most of the food was good and tasty. Disappointed in the Mussaman Beef quite chewy compared to others I have had. Topping up waters was good however took 10 mins to get someone over to order more rice. Overall service was reasonable.
