After moving to Runcorn I tried almost all the Chinese takeaways and they were all distasteful. I tried this takeaway on a whim this evening, lovely greeting the woman who served us was absolutely lovely, I expressed my weird request which was chicken in black bean sauce but extra spicy, she seemed delighted to enhance the dish with her home made spices, allowed me to taste before I left, and I can honestly say after...
