One star for restaurant, have no opinion about hotel. Waitress did not speak English and said that they do not have black coffee. Cappuccino was terrible. Accept only cash. The only good thing was decent WiFi. The small cafe on the street next to the hotel is much better more local atmosphere with good quality apetizers. In that place the owner even speaks English.
