This is undoubtedly one of the best tofu restaurants I've visited. They offer a variety of tofu soups, and my personal favorite is the kimchi with beef. I love that they provide a fresh egg for you to cook in the steaming hot soup. The kimchi here is excellent as well. The only downside is that they are a bit understaffed, likely a result of COVID. Everything went great until we had to remember the servers via our second entrée. They finally came with us when we were almost finished, and we had to cancel it due to the fact that we were done.
