Tiukka aika-ikkuna lounaalle, klo 10-10.15 lounaspöytää täytellään, 10.20-10.45 ruokaa on ja 10.45-12 paikka täynnä, usein yllättäen yrittäjän,jolloin menu vaihtuu kun lounas loppuu.
