If you come to Roswell New Mexico this bbq spot is a must!!!! My favorite was definitely the queso on the brisket nachos!!!! Yummy ???? They have a huge food challenge here for big eaters! We went for a late lunch. The wife and I split the BBQ Sampler. Brisket, ribs, and chicken, with coleslaw. It was good but to be honest I have had better. Brisket and chicken were a little dry. Ribs were good, but they give new meaning to fall off the bone . Service was ok. View all feedback.
