I am very picky about my crawfish! I do not like seasoning on my crawfish! In my opinion that is only to burn your lips and hands! I requested 10 lbs without seasoning on them and that's what I got. They were perfectly seasoned on the inside and had a great flavor. They peeled perfectly also. Meaning they was cooked perfect! You could even pop open every claw and the meat popped right out.
