This was the worst experience I've ever had. They never answered the phone, and the food took an incredibly long time to arrive. There were only a few young staff members working, and the lack of organization was disappointing.
Although our order was on time, I wasn't too crazy about the Parmesan cheese wings or the untimely lemon pepper. However, the mild grilled wings and fries and were satisfied. next time I order the boned lemon peel and see if the taste is better.
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I placed my order online, which was supposed to take 16-20 minutes, but I arrived 30 minutes later only to be told by a rude cashier that my order hadn’t even begun. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes! The chefs seemed to take their time, chatting and texting instead of working. I will never return to this place again. At least my food was hot when it finally arrived.
1st time coming here and did not like it at all. Tables were dirty along with restaurant. All employees were just hanging out in the kitchen area. Our food was cold and soggy. Along with being very incorrect. Will not be returning to this location again.
The service and food were awful. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but I've had bad experiences every time I've visited.
