On our last afternoon we dropped into Gelateria Stragelato, this is a small gelateria on Via Tibertina which appeared to be well liked by locals. There were are least two dozen different flavours to choose from, the gelati flovours which we chose, we did not find exceptional or memorable.

It was a to soft and melted too fast the temperature in the fridge was probably too low.

It has some flavours that you can't find in every country and the taste of each flavour is absolutely wonderful. It is not expensive or crowded but the ice cream is much better than in crowded and more expensive ones in the centre. Only problem it is not really in the centre but it is close to it and it is close to Terms of Diocletian
