Do not eat here. Today I did and it was a big mistake. Romans love their pasta, I know this to be true for I've eaten great pasta in Rome for 20yrs but sadly they don't love enough at Da Paolo. The two great pasta dishes Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe were honestly awful. One swirling in oil with no flavour the other limp quanciale and no flavour. AVOID! View all feedback.
