Good pasta, however I was left with a way of doing things that wasn't very clear, the pasta was weighed, and after placing it on the tray they were weighed with the tray..... I think the tare had not been calculated (I doubt because the I chose the tray based on the number of pastas needed and it was not weighed before forming the gabaret).
