Marco, our server, was great! He remembered everything we asked for and brought us extra napkins. I haven't always had a great experience with service at this Applebee's, mainly in the afternoon. We have tried this place 4 times in the last year trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Service was terrible each and every time. Orders were wrong and or poorly cooked each time. Asked to speak to management each time. You can see why the employees could care less as the manager cares even less than they do.
