We've eaten at many mexican food restaurants in TX, CO, and AZ the best in TX and CO. The Cozumel has done a very nice job on interior decorating of their relatively small strip mall space. Servers and service was very good. BUT the food was tasteless and bland, served only warm not hot, and tortillas and chips were stale and not fresh.
