The ice cream at this place is truly amazing! My family and I had a wonderful time during our visit. The only downside is that it can be a bit expensive.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The ice was delightful, and the service was exceptional! One staff member really stood out to me—they were tall with curly hair, and I think their name was either Ashley or Ashton; I can't remember for sure. They were incredibly attentive and polite, frequently checking in on us and sharing smiles and jokes. I highly recommend this place for its excellent ice and outstanding service!
We came across a Cold Stone Creamery in northwest Arkansas, but our experience raised some concerns from the very beginning. We noticed a staff member with a bandaged right hand who wasn't wearing gloves, which made us uneasy about the safety of the food being prepared. Due to this, we chose to leave and would not recommend this location. This happened on the afternoon of July 14, 2022.
The service at this restaurant is friendly and inviting, the food arrives promptly, and the ice cream is absolutely delightful! My favorite flavors are cotton candy, graham cracker, and sprinkles.
I was surprised to learn that Cold Stone Creamery was closed because of a thunderstorm and low customer turnout. It was my first time experiencing this, and it caught me off guard. I had driven across town specifically to eat there, only to find it closed.
