Yesterday we ordered hot wings and a pot pie This is the 1st time either of us have eaten at KFC in at least 5 years! I had several stops to make before we could get home and eat. The staff obviously doesn't want to work. You had to order three times to make it right. Window-Cashier threw my debit card back together with the slings the food out of the window. Zero eye contact and hardly recognized our presence. Maybe you need to close until you find employees who want to work and understand customer service.
