Peanut sauce is watery. The SPRING ROLLS had: No bean sprouts, NO mint, NO basil, NO flavor. Years ago this was a decent Vietnamese restaurant. RECENTLY the Portion sizes are tiny and the price is expensive! They got my order wrong. Bathroom isn'tkept up. The staff was kind.
