Bagels aside, the way the older man treated the young teenager worker there made myself and the other customers uncomfortable. He was reprimanding him and being very dramatic over a mistake the teenager. When my order was called and I didn’t get up there to retrieve it in less than 1.5 seconds the man was impatiently shouting out the details of the order.
