The manager and staff at this location are fantastic. We had a mishap with an order at another store that is currently undergoing management changes. There were a few confused kids running around the kitchen, and the drinks we received didn’t taste anything like what we had ordered. The attitudes in the morning are really disappointing. It’s frustrating when my order is messed up, and then I'm not even given my change after parking. On top of that, it seemed like there was a fuss about bringing my change out to me. Some additional training in customer service and communication would definitely help improve the experience.
