Been here many times and as a career cook/chef I have personally never had a bad meal here. Its the standard cuisine found at most Mexican restaurants but it's well prepared and nothing stands out in my memory as having had a poor experience. I recommend it in the Rock Springs area. The Avocado Tostada with Chicken was horrible. The tostada was soggy, the chicken had absolutely no flavor and was watery, and the plate came absolutely piled with lettuce. They charged $13 for a single regular sized tostada. The rice and beans were dry and looked like they had sat under a heat lamp for hours. The service was slow and the restaurant is dingy.
