Was Anonym at Ruby Tuesday a mag?
The salad was delicious. The only issue we encountered was having to request a plate for the salad. The food was served hot and made to order, and everything was thoroughly cooked. The chicken tenders were tender and not tough at all. The atmosphere was nice. View all feedback.

I returned the following afternoon and informed the manager that I had placed an order the night before and just wanted my food. Instead of making my order, the manager gave me a refund, which I hadn't even requested. He then said they could make my food but I would have to wait again. After waiting for an hour, they informed me they wouldn't be making my food due to the refund issue, and suggested they could charge me again and then make my food. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and care they provided. It was clear they were not attentive to their customers' needs and did not communicate effectively. The only reason I am giving one star is because I have to give at least one star.

Ate here the other day and LOVED IT. I was waited on by Erika and she was super attentive and all around amazing as a server! Loved my experience there and the food was great, I recommend!
