Apparently, the customer has to say, Toasted and ask if they expect any coffee in any of the containers. . . I 'll assume she works a lot but being friendly isn 't much to expect, either. I 'm only giving a two because the much younger man was polite and seemingly put real effort into his customer 's food. We however received slapped together and rushed cold bagels.
