I don't usually stray from my usual favorites of burgers and Mexican food, but my son was eager to revisit one of our old local spots. I'll start with the negatives: I ordered the BBQ Sandwich Lunch Special, but the BBQ tasted like it came from a tub, reminiscent of instant mashed potatoes, and the baked beans were clearly canned. I'll start with the negatives: I ordered the BBQ Sandwich Lunch Special, but the BBQ tasted like it came from a tub, reminiscent of instant mashed potatoes, and the baked beans were clearly canned. On the bright side, it was still quite tasty and very affordable. I also enjoyed a piece of strawberry and chocolate cake. My son had a turkey sandwich and was all smiles. The service was friendly and excellent. I will definitely be back, but next time I'll be getting a burger!
We had a wonderful breakfast that was just right for both of us. The restaurant wasn't too crowded, which was a plus. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly and attentive. While the decor could use a little update, I truly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this charming little restaurant in the small town, where the people are warm and welcoming.
The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the delightful server made the experience even better. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. I’ll definitely return with a friend.
