When you want the best in Japanese cuisine, you come here. Yes it's expensive. Yes it's corney jokes from a table side chef. Yes they do the onion trick with fire Yes they still toss the shrimp to you. Yes the service was excellent, as always. Finally, Yes it was immaculate clean! Service very problematic.. The food was edible, but the service was pretty bad. Someone had forgotten to turn the grill on, so we had to wait for a while for it to heat up. While we were waiting, a couple of people at our table (clearly regulars) decided to get started drinking, and gave the chef several cups of sake.
