Their communication is horrible I came for an ice cream CONE not cup, i go thru drive thru order an ice cream CONE, i get to window and girl gives me a cup i said i ordered a cone not a cup she goes we don’t have like so why the girl on tne intercom didn’t tell me ya’ll didn’t have any cones while i placed me order to allow me to make the decision on if i still wanted it or not, I’ll give my money to Dairy Queen View all feedback.

The place was under construction so there was only a drive-through. But that wasn’t the problem...
