Amazing is the only word! Douglas was an amazing employee; he took the time to teach a kid about tipping because the kid did not really understand how money worked, and tried to tip way too much! . I placed an online order and for whatever reason my pick up order wasn’t in the portal; however, upon arrival it took the staff 15 mins to acknowledge that myself and 4 others were waiting. We attempted to get their attention, but was told “we will be right with you” When I got home, it seems like my pizza was sitting on the counter and ended up getting cold/stale.
