Was User at KFC a mag?
It’s somewhat inconvenient that ordering and dining in are not available options. During my last visit to the drive-thru on July 9, 2022, the experience started off a bit chaotic, but the on-duty manager intervened and quickly resolved the issue. The food was hot and arrived promptly. It was delicious, but it appears that KFC has once again altered the way they cut their chicken pieces, making it difficult to discern... View all feedback.

I just bought 3 chicken sandwiches . The chicken is supposed to be breaded with crispy breading like Popeyes Chicken sandwiches. These were terrible!!!! Most of the BREADING was MISSING from ALL of them. It looked like half cooked baked chicken and soggy. I called the store at 7007 US Hwy 301 S, Riverview. NO response!! View all feedback.
Cassandra was very polite and efficient!! I was in and out in no time without ordering online first. Very grateful for the assume service.
I ordered from the KFC app. They told me there that they never got my order in their system, i told them that Is already paid. They told me they would not give me my food. I told them multiple times is paid off… how I cant have my food? And they told me you need to call for a refund. They didnt help me at all with this situation. Ended up talking to customer service explaining everything over the phone on a lo g conversation so they can issue me a refund. They even took my desire to eat. I hate how they handled thus situation. I will never in my life come back to this place.
Close at 9PM??? Must be about to go out of business. It's every location.
My only real complaint is that I 100% order on the app for pickup. I expect my food to be ready when I get there so I can grab and go. My food is never ready and I'm always waiting 10-15 mins after the time is supposed to be ready. The kitchen is often out of something and seems disorganized. They also don't put the food out, so I have to stand in line to let someone know behind people who haven't ordered. They told me its because people will take someone else's order which I do believe. The last time, every time the girl tried to get my food a new customer would come in and shed have to stop to take a new order. On the positive side, the front end staff have always been friendly and the food is always good. Overall maybe 3.5. I've gone here for a few years and it's gotten worse over time.
