Reliable fast-casual spot serving made-to-order smash burgers, large fish sandwiches and standout frozen custard. Food is often fresh and family-friendly with kids’ meals, yet service varies by shift: attentive, cheerful staff and quick runners contrast with slow turnaround, order inconsistencies and occasional cold or underseasoned items. Great for quick stops, casual lunches and families who love dessert, but expect uneven service and the occasional wait.
Took over 10 mins for them to make my hot fudge sundaes. I noticed that the girl who made them hardly put hot fudge on them. I pointed this out to her and instead of remaking then properly she just dumped more on top. I didn't feel like waiting 10 moreminutes I know it seems like a little thing but at $6 a sundae they should just make it right.
These are smash burgers, not cookie-cutter round. Add your own stuff. I got a child's meal and it was adequate for me. Plus, you get a free ice cream dip with your choice of topping. Beats McDo and BK and Wendy's.
I've never had a negative experience at Culver's. My son especially enjoys their chicken tenders and ice cream.
I really enjoy the food at Culver's, and the place would easily deserve a 5-star rating if the service staff were a bit friendlier. I thought my initial experience was just a one-off, but my recent visits have shown that a simple smile and acknowledgment of returning customers could really boost business! The menu is fantastic! Adding a touch of personality would go a long way, but that’s just my opinion!
This Culver's location could improve its quality control and order consistency. During my last visit, we waited 30 minutes for two burgers and a large fry, only to find the burgers were cold and the buns were tough from sitting under the heat lamps for so long. After 20 minutes had passed since we placed our order, my husband went to the front for assistance, but no one came to help him. It's quite disappointing.
