Terrible experience. The young woman with blonde hair and glasses, along with another young girl with brown hair, were incredibly rude. I arrived at 7 PM on October 3, 2023, just to use the restroom, and the blonde girl told me that the women's bathroom was "out of order." However, I saw her use it right before me and even flush it. Then she suggested I use the men's bathroom instead. Why should I have to do that if the women's restroom is functioning? They both started laughing, which made the situation even more frustrating. I plan to discuss this with the manager, but for now, I'm forced to refer to this Dunkin' in a negative light. Very unprofessional service.
