Thanks to the manager that contacted me regarding a complaint. She was understanding to the situation and even though I wasn’t looking for anything in return she still rectified the problem. I’d like to encourage everyone to use the online request form for service or quality of food complaints and allow them the opportunity to make it right. I had to wait on my food at the drive-thru and then once I drove off I looked in the bag and it was the wrong food had to turn around go back and they did make it right bad thing was it was raining and now I'm late for work thank you McDonald. View all feedback.
