When it comes to how you'd like your burger cooked, they ask but don't seem to take it seriously. I requested my burger rare but received it medium well, while my husband asked for medium and ended up with a burnt burger. On the upside, the fries were tasty. Our food took longer to arrive than expected, likely due to the burgers being overcooked.
